Infinite Cellc Contract

Hi,

I have a contract with Cellc which was about to expire in December 2022 and towards the end of my contract they started to charge ridiculous amounts then I phoned them in August 2022 so that I'll settle their contract. They told me to pay R1200 and some change which I did.

They also confirmed receipt of the amount for settlement.

The contract never ended now I keep on reversing their debit order on monthly basis. I even contacted their contact center no-one ever bothered contacted me back.

I am reporting this because this is creating a negative impact on my credit score. Please help me clearing my name and terminate contract as soon as possible.
