Inexperienced sweet talkers

Its amazing how they call you to sell their product and give a damn once sales has been done and hear nothing from them there after.

I was called in September last year to take up a contract. I had no intentions on taking a contract but the sales people are such pests that they just wont leave you. i eventually gave in to 2 deals that the lady spoke about on data.

In spite of knowing the phone i had she still sold me a additional sim with extra data. To my surprise i didnt know that this sim is on its own and my phone is not dual sim. My Assumption that it was a add on to my Note 8 sim.

Its been 5/6 months and i have not even opened that package as its a botheration having to use to different sims/phones just for extra data. I should also be getting 20gb day and 20gb night but my statement opened today is saying 10gb day and 10 gb night..you guys are ******* as i didnt even know this is what im paying for...

I called in so many time taking this matter up and i just fall on deaf ears. no body ever returns the calls as promised and im just paying with months passing by.
