Inernational Roaming on pre-paid ****

I have a dual-sim phone and use Cell-C for calls and Afrihost for data. I recently went to China and inquired about Cell-C international Roaming. I was assured that if I purchased extra airtime and extra data and enabled international roaming it would work. Needless to say I could not make calls or use my data even though I had it enabled the roaming before I left. I now have plenty of airtime as well as R500 of Data I will never use. I inquired about converting the data to airtime and was told it could not be done. WELL DONE CELL-C, YOU JUST *****ED ME OUT OF 500 RAND. DO NOT USE THE INTERNATIONAL ROAMING ON PRE-PAID. IT IS A ****!!!!!!!!!
