You guys don't even deserve 1 star. Your processes are so rigid. Firstly you take years to allocate a payment and people who allocate they don't call as promised. Your service is so appalling. I guess you like to make a fool out of people. I don't believe you. This is really unprofessional. The fact that I had to come to Hello Peter to complain before you could attempt to help me is buffing. You still have not updated your records that I have paid at the credit bureau. 😡😡
