Inefficient, rude service

Quraisha from Cell C in the Phoenix plaza is an absolutely rude sales representative. Firstly I went there explaining that another sales agent called and left a message that the item I required was now in stock and I needed to come in store to proceed with my upgrade however the agent usually deal with was not available. Quraisha then checked on the system if my item was I the safe and advised me to wait for it as she will be going to bring the item. After 15mins of me waiting she then tells me that the item isn't in their safe it was sold. So I questioned her as to why she wasted my time and the response I got was "For what am being rude?" I will no longer deal with Cell C in the plaza. I am a loyal customer with Cell C over 10years and I am utterly disgusted with this type of service!
