inefficient Customer service!!!
Ridiculous service, double debited my account twice, been fighting for my refund for MY money for 7 days, its been day 7 and no one can even tell me if its been processed. I am appalled by the ****ty customer service. They are not efficient and show no remorse!!! they dont get back to me when they say they will. the only person that has been calling back is me trying to follow up on the the refund of MY money that they took!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
