Inefficiency
I am so frustrated by the service that I have received from Cell C this morning. I called in to request for a paid up letter and was told to wait 24 to 48 hours. For a MERE letter??? In this day and age??? Unacceptable! I need this letter ASAP

Please note that by tomorrow 11:00 I am expecting to get that letter. I cannot afford to struggle to submit my other applications that affect my credit record because of Cell C’s very slow service.
