Inefficiency
I am amazed in this day and age companies invest so much in employess development and more so customer service and yet staff are rude and arrogant and serve one in a manner that shouts the attitude \You are being done a favour".<br> <br> <br> I am waiting a refund for almost 24 hours from the Manageress at the Clearwater store"
