Ineffective communications company

I am speechless, one of the top 3 communications company in South Africa and they cannot communicate with you! I am appalled at the pathetic level of service I am receiving from Cell C. In today's times it should not be such a hassle to get wifi. They happily took the money off my husbands account but fail to deliver.

Further frustration and disappointment and no sign of WIFI or our money back. Please ensure your "Friendly consultants" are a little bit more empathetic and less defensive. I hope we can get our money back.
