Increasing the contracted amount

I signed a 24 month contract with Cell-C at the end of January 2015. I noticed they decided to increase the agreed contracted monthly subscription amount. I enquired about this and were informed by Aretha Hlako that Cell-C can, with written notice, change anything on the contract when they wish to do so. I can't recall seeing their written notice and the URL sent to me for the \conditions of the agreement"by Aretha does not exist.
