Increasing debit order

I have a data contract for R 262 per month with Cell C, which is already overpriced. However, they just started increasing my monthly debit order by R 200 per month. Last month it was +- R 450 and this month R 650+.

I expect a full refund and an apology.

Trying to get hold of their call centre is hopeless.

I hope they will respond to this review.
