Increasing debit amount without notification
This is a note to Cell C:<br> As long as you keep debiting my account with R154.99, I will reverse the payment. I am prepared to pay the R60 or whatever it was for my data contract before the \Discount"expired and the price was increased to R154.99 without notifying me"
