Increased Payment
<p>Renewed my contract Decembe 2016. signed for R439pm all of a sudden last two months R517.81 is being deducted from my bank acc without anybody contacting or notifying me. How can they charge me R78.81pm more than what I signed for?</p>

10 Mar 2017, 08:22The price increase came into effect on the 1st of February 2017 and in terms of your subscriber agreement, Cell C has the option of varying any of its charges from time to time by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing. Communication ( SMS ) were sent on the 22nd December 2016 notifying customers about the changes.
