Increased monthly payment
These guys are doing as they wish...<br> <br> My monthly payment went up with out any notice. <br> <br> I have signed up for a 20 gig top up account that was advertised for R 189 a month. The contract was also signed for R 189 a month.<br> <br> Don't think its fair at all... I mean keep your customers informed

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
