Increased monthly bill without informing me
I have a 2 year contract with Cell C for R149.00 a month (My daughter uses the contract) The contract actually came to end now in February. I informed Cell C about a month ago that I will not be upgrading, and the call center informed me that, my contract will move to month to month and the monthly fee would be less only paying for the air time and data (BIS) \Seeing that the phone has then been paid off"Over the weekend I noticed on my bank statement that Cell C actually too more money than what they were suppose too. I contacted the call center and the consultant tells me that Cell C increased their rates. *** !!@!!! Excuse me but that is ******* seeing that I actually have a contract for two years...and by the way"
Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
