Increase without notice
I did not receive any notice of an increase on my contract? I thought according to the consumers law you are suppouse to inform customers. I dont even receive statements!

Please note that Cell C made an effort to notify customers of the price changes via SMS, pop up messages on data devices, monthly invoices and on the Cell C website.
We have requested one of the consultants in the escalations team to contact you and assist.
