INCREASE 2 YEAR CONTRACT AMMOUNT WITHOUT REASON!!
I UNFORTUNATELY have 2 CELL C 200 \TOP UP"contracts which I have signed up for 2 years since November 2013. I was ensured that for the 2 years the monthly payment amounts will stay the same (as I have signed for it) and what ever I \""go over\"" the 200 \""TOP UP\"" needs to purchase for additional data/airtime myself. That's how \""TOP UP\"" works.... CELL C has without notice or reason just increased the monthly amounts on both contracts"

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
