Incorrectly Over Billing
Hello Freaking Cell C
You have been incorrectly billing me for the past year and you have the nerve to send me a message like this. You are a disorientated company that doesn't talk to each other internally. How many people should I talk to for you to correct this nonsense? Every time we have to waist our freaking airtime. Your payments are automated from my bank account. Always have been and still is. Can you please correct this nonsense

You duped me into thinking that you are looking into this issue. Twice now. There is no human being behind the below response. No even a call to explain what is going on with my account. Is this how you treat all your customers or should I read something into this?
We went through this process 2 years ago and its happening for the second time. What discount are you talking about? Why was on a discount? Did I signup for a discount for you fix this issue previously? You corrected this issue after a strenuous exercise.
I have been paying you religiously for all these years and today you are cable of showing me the finger? Is this how you say ***** you, take a hike Lerato? We don't want you on Cell C?

The greencom customers has been put on a discount amount for a certain amount of time, unfortunately it can not be reloaded, the customer will have to fill out a CellC form to accept the CellC prices or downgrade or will have to cancel if they do not want to accept our prices as the Greencom prices expired.
