Incorrectly handed over

I cancelled a Cell C contract in December 2013, a contract which I had for three days, before canceling as there was no signal. Cell C cancelled everything and I received copies of this cancellation. I then received an sms a few weeks ago from a credit company saying Cell C had handed me over for not paying R343!?! I have contacted Cell C many times about this - they agreed that there are no contracts or products under my name, but couldn't explain why they had handed me over. I was just told that they would send me an apology letter and remove my name from the credit company. A few weeks later, I have still received no apology letter (that I was promised by Thato in the Credit division of Cell C), nor have I received any proof from a credit bureau to say that my record is clean. This is inexcusable Cell C! You have caused me unnecessary stress and have tarnished my name. I demand an apology in writing, as well as proof that I do not have a black mark or anything negative against my name because of your mess up and incompetence!!! DO NOT CALL ME, I am in meetings all day - email me.
