INCORRECTLY BILLED

So I canceled the new contract with cell c, I was sold lies by Dylan just so he reaches his target. Few days later I received the statement saying I will be charged R470 and odd cents which I queried and received a case number ***. Fast forward last week I get feedback to say I will only be paying for my existing contracts, to my surprise 25th July a debit order of R470 and odd cents went off my account. When I called call center the lady told me that there's nothing she can do as the case is closed. I want my money back as in today, number one I was sent a contract data sim that i did not apply for or requested, number 2 I have to pay for something i did not even use. I WANT MY MONEY AND I WANT IT TODAY, what upsets me the most is that I queried this as soon as I got the statement
