Incorrectly Billed

<p>Cell C had a promo on a data deal (simcard only) that was R199, but now R99 . I signed up for the R199 deal - and was assured inside the store that the discount would be app**** and I would be billed R99 each month. Great - contract signed. Ever since - Cell C has been billing the R199 every month. Why am I not surprised. I made phone cal after phone call - as that R199 keeps adding up. It's about almost 10 months later and I still am not able to get this resolved. I need someone from the Customer Service Department to contact me TODAY and have a solution to this issue - TODAY. And don't give me that '7 working days for feedback' **** - it's been weeks already! I will NEVER do business with Cell C AGAIN. I expect to be contacted before COB.</p>
