INCORRECT PRICE PLAN

I have been a loyal Cell C customer for the past 2 years upon renewing my contract I received a price plan that was not what I was told I will get. I logged a case with Cell C early in October and to date no one has contacted me, even after 2 follow up calls on my side. It is unacceptable that Cell C provides such poor customer services, no I am paying for a price plan that does not suit me. I am appalled by their lack of interest in customers and I will not renew my contract with Cell C in future nor will I purchase any Cell C products.
