Incorrect Powerbank USB Cables
I have upgraded my phone. The new phone comes with a powerbank, which is great. The not so great part is that the universal cable that comes with the powerbank hasn't got an outlet that fits in the new phone. On phoning CellC to have this rectified, nobody can help, because no one knows what to do. They just refer you from one department to another, till you come full circle back to where you started with nothing being resolved.
