Incorrect Phone Colour Delivered

I pre-ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10 Prism White on the 26th of February 2019. The next day the 27th of February, the sales agent called to get my details for a new contract. I specified countless times that I want a Prism White device as indicated on the pre-order site. Guess what??! Today the 6th of March 2019 my phone was delivered but it was the wrong colour, Prism Black. What's the point of specifying what you want and getting the wrong thing? Now I will be charged for getting the device today whilst not using it.
