incorrect phone

I am extremely highly disappointed with Cellc service,I am a first contractor with them.I received a call for Cellc Sales agent telling about their phone specials.I was interested and took the phone.I requested a phone by LG G4,I received LG G4 BEAT of which these phones are different G4 and Beat...I called in and alert them,they told me it was a mistake of which I understood.<br> I call in and report the a complain and ben wating till now, no response no nothing so what about my complain<br> ***
