Incorrect paid up letter issued. Waiting for almost a month for correct paid up letter

After three weeks I was finally issued a paid up letter however it was incorrect information (info of another client )

It’s been a hassle trying to get the correct paid up letter abs removal from ITC.

A full payment was made on the 16th of June 2021. It is now almost a month of calling non stop, sending numerous e-mails!

Can this please be sorted! It is extremely unprofessional and frustrating
