Incorrect Package ****!

I have been a victim of a incorrect package data ****! was called by cell c direct promised a 2GB of data etc.All to find out weeks later that this is not anytime data but split over day/night data which was not told to me initially. I have called cell c numerous times have refrence numbers but no action. Various persons have listened to the conversation, but no one will allow me to talk to a senior manager or supervisor. The last call to myself from cell c was agreed that they would move my compliant to the retrenchements department. This was a month ago! Still no reponse from cell c. I am now going to the papers to show how they can promise you so much but there is nothing they do for you, for a simple problem. They also have taken my limit off even asking them to keep a R50limit extra. I got charged R800+ last month! This has been the most pathetic service provider to date!
