Incorrect listing

I urgently require someone to please contact me with regards to a listing that I recently came across on ITC for a claim of R 5038.30. I need someone to please explain to me what this amount that’s due to you is for as I have no recollection of the amount stated above. I have tried to get assistance from you Contact Centre but to no avail. No one seems to be able to assist me, not even your managers. The collections/legal office has been out of reach for a while now and this is frustrating as I need to complete an offer to buy a house and cannot until the funds are cleared on ITC. I need my query to be attended to urgently as I will if necessary escalate to the ombudsman as I am finding no joy in resolving this with Cell C. This may end up having serious legal consequences as they are not providing any sort of feedback. Can somebody in the Cell C legal office contact me on ***. If I am still not assisted with this, I will have no further options but to report your conduct to the relevant legislative offices including the ombudsman.
