Incorrect ITC LISTING CELLC

I held three cellphone contracts with Cellc for over 10 years. On the 24th January 2017 I phoned Cellc to obtain closure balance for the cellphones and went on to pay off all three accounts, closed and cancelled on the very same day. Proof of payments were emailed directly to the closure department on the very same day. My email of the 24th January was followed up by a telephone call to their closure department on the 25th and all was confirmed to be in-order. To my surprise my FNB account was still debited monthly with R 1500.00 for the paid off and closed/cancelled contracts. My FNB account is to date overdrawn with R890.00 due to the Cellc unpaid debit orders. Cellc has even gone to the extent of handing over my accounts to a debt collecting company by the name of NuDebt Management. NuDebt Management has been emailing and smsing me nonstop about my account but do not bother replying to my numerous telephone calls and emails, last attempt to phone NuDebt was this morning and as usual no answer. I have emailed the proof of payments to NuDebt on ********** and to date no reply. I want Cellc to reimburse my overdrawn FNB account due to them not discontinuing their debit order and debting me for paid off closed account and to update my ITC profile because this has since affected my credit record. This is the kind of service you get from Cellc after 10 years of being a loyal customer and not missing even one payment on my account, anyway why should they care I am just one client compared to the million clientele.
