Incorrect IP Adresses

After months of requests Cell C finally sent me the IP addresses of a bill for May under dispute<br> <br> The IP addresses, amounts and data used does not match up. Please see the details below<br> <br> Regarding the amount under dispute which happened on 29-05-2015 at 05:32:57<br> Please look in the file 'defaultexcel_may_validation' in row 44. It claims that 3.21 GB was used and that R2,852.65 is owed for this<br> Compare it to the same record on the file '*** - may 2015' in row 23996. It says that the service domain is [URL Removed] and that a total (up and down load) of 500 kb were used<br> The data is incorrect and inconsistent.
