Incorrect Information on Statement

Cell C has failed to rectify the incorrect information they have used on my statement, being my address , I have to use my statement for bank applications but they tell me that i will have to wait until their next billing cycle. im utterly upset because if they have spelt my address incorrectly , they can surely fix it as and when i need their services.
