Incorrect information on credit bureaus

It’s exactly 3 years since writing a review about the same issue, it seems you are not prepared to assist me. My cellphone contract lapsed in 2020, and todate, my credit profile still reflects an active account with cell c. I regret taking up a contract with you in the first place, because your service is **********. I have for the longest time been asking that you provide me with a paid up letter and reflect the correct information on the credit bureaus, I am at a point where I just don’t know what to do anymore to get the issue resolved. The amount of frustration from dealing with you is just too much, sort this, please!!!
