Incorrect information given

I took my phone into the Brooklyn Branch for repairs. I received a SMS telling me it had been received BY the Manufacture Repair centre. A couple of weeks later I received another SMS telling me it had been received FROM the Manufacture Repair centre which I took to mean it was back in store and I could collect it. I spent over two hours phoning the Brooklyn branch to see if it was there and no one answered the phone. I then drove from JHB to Brooklyn only to be told that my phone was not there yet. I then asked them if they could send it to the Forrest hill branch as it is nearer to where I live but apparently they can't do that. I asked them to give me the telephone number for the Head Office (which apparently is where my phone still is) to arrange with them to send it to Forrest Hill and surprise surprise they also DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I expect compensation for my time and travel due to their incorrect information. I have to be honest I would never recommend Cell C to anyone. Absolutely shocking service.
