Incorrect Information

I updated my banking details with Cell C insurance probably on the 18th or 19th of March. My debit goes off the 25th of each month. When i asked the agent if March's debit will go off from my new bank account, she said yes. I asked if she was sure and she said yes. On the 27th I received a sms saying that if i don't pay by the time they redebit, my policy will lapse. I want this fixed. Listen to the call if you have to but fix this issue as I was given incorrect information.
