Incorrect Handset delivered

After a decade of hell with Autopage, I choose not to renew my contract with Autopage and move to Cell C!<br> Well here is how this brand new contract starts: The delivery address is incorrect after confirming it many times with the sales person, eventually the handset delivered is not what I ordered! Upon my inquiry to the call centre I was advised they did not have stock of the Samsung I chose! Does this mean they send whatever they like, just in case I will accept it???<br> Further to the conversation with the call center, I am advised that the collection of the phone will take 7 to 14 days
