Incorrect Hand Over to Debt Collectors

I am extremely disappointed with Cell C for wrongly handing over my account to MBD debt collectors.

I settled my Cell C account in full and do not owe any outstanding balance. Despite this, my details were submitted to a debt collection agency, which has negatively affected my reputation and caused unnecessary stress.

This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I would like to understand how my account was handed over when it was fully paid.
