Incorrect & ********** Billing

This relates to my Cell C contract. I was charged for a Postpaid Straight Up Infininty AnyNet contract for 1 December 2016 to 31 December 2016 as well as 1 Jan to 31 Jan 2016. I received the unltd mins and sms but not the 10GIG of data. The consultants at the Cell c exclusive have come up with every excuse for them not allocating the data. To the extent that they stated that my contract ended on 29 Dec 2016 hence i was not entitled to the data however I paid the full price for the Infinity contract that included the data. The following month i get billed for the infinity plan and still no data. The excuse was that i was on a month to month contract on the infinity plan. I went to the cell c website and for the same infinity contract there is no stipulation on the month to month clause however it does clearly state 10GIG data included. No one at cell c has resolved this billing from 25 January to date. How many times does Cell C lie to their customers. This is extremely sad as i have been a loyal customer to Cell C for over 10 years. I pay my bill on time and have never changed networks but this is blatant *****.
