Incorrect final bill for contract & call centre staff that cannot understand query

Dear Cell C

I have just received my final bill for February 2017. I cancelled my contract on 3 January 2017 so my contract was migrated to pre-paid on 3 Feburay 2017. I received the sms @ 22:00 on 2 February 2017 to say that my contract had successfully been migrated to to Supacharge. i expected my bill to have a prorata amount for the 46hours that my phone was active in February 2017 not a bill for the entire month of February 2017. My subscription charges say 1 Feb 17 - 28 Feb 2017.

I just called the call centre to query it and was told that the bill says February but is actually for January. I was also told that you dont know what my usage for February will be so you can only charge me for January in February. I tried to explain to the agent that I was not querying my usage from January I know this is only billed the follwoing month. I was querying my subcription billing for the entire month of February which I understand to be billed in advance if I go back and check my first bill ever received on this account.

I would expect that your call centre agents be taught how to read a statement and explained the concept of billing the subcription in advance.

Please can you correct my bill urgently. should the debit order go off my account at the end of February I will be returning same as No Authority to debit. the contract is cancelled and I am only responsible for 46Hours worth of subcription and my usage of R6 for January.
