Incorrect enquiries
Four enquiries were made on my account on the 22nd April 2022 by CellC without my permission. One consultant called me to offer a contract and I declined, so I was shocked to find out that not one but four enquiries were made on my credit record on the same day by CellC. I called the contact centre and I was transferred from one department to another with no assistance. Sent a message via the Web and I haven't received any response. May you please attend to this and remove the enquiries as this is affecting my credit score negatively. I would also like to opt out of any marketing campaigns by CellC.
