Incorrect device supp**** with contract

I received a call from Cell C Direct for an offer of a Huawei Tablet. I didn't have time to hear the whole s**** so I asked the agent to please email me. She emailed me the offer of a Huawei mediapad X2 for R89 per month which I responded I would like so she called me back and completed the telephonic contract during which I confirmed the device and the colour. The device was delivered to me the next week but instead of the mediapad X2 I received the T1 everything else was in order. I did not open the packaging. I emailed the agent to no avail. I called Cell C back to have the correction made within the allotted time and I was assured that the device would be collected but in order to have the correct device I would have to go through the ordering process again. I even spoke to a supervisor who insisted that I should go through the ordering process again. I said please collect the incorrect but replace it with the correct one, to which we reached an impasse They have as yet not collected the device since 2 weeks. The billing is going forward though.
