Incorrect device received twice in a row

About a month ago one of your sales people called me to tell me about your R129pm for a device that lets me get 5GB of day time data and 15GB night time data per month for 24 months. I specifically stated to him that I needed a device that is portable and I can use anywhere i.e. a mifi portable router. What I ended up being sent was a ****le that needed to be plugged into a computer/usb port to get power and work. That was not what I asked for so I cancelled the order before it arrived once I picked up the problem. I was then called again to apologise and offer me a R199pm deal with a proper mifi device that I could carry on my person wherever I go. I made sure to specify this explicitely as anything else would be useless to me. Today I received the device and it's not what I asked for. It's an LTE router which needs to be plugged into a power supply to work and is not portable at all. How is it that two people could get this wrong after I explicitly stated that I need a mifi device and they confirmed that is what I will receive? Here's a wikipedia link to the definition of a wifi device to avoid any further confusion https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MiFi (hopefully hellopeter will not remove the link). So once again I need to arrange for this to be cancelled. This has proven a massive waste of time and effort and I've completely lost faith in Cell C to provide me with the services I'm looking for. Please contact me ASAP to arrange the return of the router I've received and to cancel the contract for the data. To make it easy I've attached a picture of what a mifi device actually looks like.

Tried calling to speak to a consultant about this twice before logging this complaint here and after having my call redirected twice to different departments I eventually was told to call 084 145 and select option 2. Tried that and got a automated message saying the call centre isn't available between 12pm and 1pm. Still waiting for someone to get back to me now
