Incorrect Delivery

I ordered a Nokia 3 and a samsung was delivered. The samsung was fetched and I was told the sale will be reversed within 24 hours, still nothing. Krehaan Naidoo(job title: manager cancellations) is the person I've been told to contact who took my call for the first time at 5pm on Friday and he told me he didn't have the means or processes to cancel it today and Reegan Naidoo, Krehaans manager, left early and so I was not assisted.

My son is immigrating Saturday evening and i have said continuously that process needs to be canceled Saturday morning so I can get the collect the correct phone!

This is shocking service and I'm appalled!
