Incorrect debit order

Good day on 30 August cell c deducted R1197 from my capitec account. The amount was suppose to be R798. Since then i made 9 calls to them withouth any positive reaction. Send my proof of payment to them numerous times. Please help to get my money back. Ref numbers *** *** *** Cel number ***
