Incorrect Debit Date
I am so disgusted and irate with CellC , as on the 19/03/2021 you put through a debit order for my Wifi and this has never happened before that you debit before the debit date and I did not have funds as i know my debit is on the 20th every month and when it falls on weekend you process the debit order the monday after 20th . This has caused issues on my account as now I have forfeited my rewards with my bank for that month ,I need a letter on why this debit order was processed a day before it was supposed please
