Incorrect debit and no response

<p>I phoned Cell C in July already on the 27th regarding a possible ***** on my account where i got message saying that i had an upgrade on my phone. I sent them an email advising that the upgrade should be stopped and i knew nothing about this.</p> <p>I was assured by the consultant that yes it would be blocked and i should not worry about it. In September i started been charged for this contract that i had no idea off. I then called them when it happened again in October and was told i need to supply an affidavit, bank statements showing the debits and also my copy of ID.</p> <p>I asked them that can they please start investigating this matter while i get an affidavit but they declined saying no they need that before they can start investigating.</p> <p>I mentioned to them that this upgrade seems like it was done via the phone cause i remember someone from RAM calling me about a phone delivery that i asked them to turn back to Cell C but they still didnt want to do anything.</p> <p>I finally managed to get that affidavid they wanted and it was sent about three weeks ago to them but to date i still have not heard anything from them, instead i was debited on the 15th and again today the 29th.</p> <p> </p> <p>The reference number i have are 161 ********** 09 ********** ********** 7181 ********** 988.</p> <p> </p> <p>My phone number is ********** 216</p>
