Incorrect Debit account
Cell C has debited the wrong account , i emailed the several times and called in Numerous amount of times and they cant provide me with an answer. From the time the contract was taken FNB was being debited all of a sudden my Nedbank aco**** was debited, I called in a few minutes ago and spoke to thandalie mkizewho was extremely rude and unhelpful, Cellc please listen to this call and dude to this once my contracts are done i will not be upgrading due to the terrible customer service i received from her and the guys i emailed. No one can tell me why nedbank was debited, after 11 months ??? Horrible guys honestly
