Incorrect debit
I took 4 contracts with cell c. I requested a settlement amount for all 4. I settled them all. To my surprise they keep debiting my bank account. Now they refuse to issue me a letter stating that they were not supposed to make the debits. I urgently need this correspondence as I'm applying for financial assistance from a bank that requests it.
