Incorrect Data bundles
It just doesn't end with Cell C.
I have now paid for 1GB of data @ R65 (1GB weekly bundle) via online banking.
My account was then loaded with 300MB of data.
When I called Cell C to query this, I was told it's not their problem, I must phone my bank.
REALLY?!!!!
IS THE BANK THE DATA PROVIDER OR CELL C?
