Incorrect billing still unsolved from May 2016!

<p>On 28 June 2016 I did a review on this site. Although I was contacted by a representative of Cell C (who gave me the reference number ********** 67) I have still not received the courtesy of a call from Jermaine or anybody for that matter at the "Get It / Get More" service! They keep on debiting my account although I have requested during April 2016 for this service to be terminated. I have to settle my current account, which I refuse to do until my invoice is credited and rectified.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect them to be as quick to refund me as they are in taking my money!</p>
