Incorrect billing query

Good day<br> <br> Tired of getting no response to my queries.<br> <br> Logged a query on 16/02/16 regarding being billed for data usage, even though data used was part of the free giganite bundle. Was told someone would respond to me within 24/48 hours. No one gets back and I have to follow up, only to be told its being worked on.<br> <br> Received a data validation report, but not for the queried number. Phoned and emailed them again, only to be told once again that someone will respond in 24/48 hours, but no one ever does.<br> <br> I have to follow up with them and constantly be told that its being worked on. Phoned the technical department, who can only forward an email to the person working on it, but cant give me the direct contact details and told the person will contact me. Fed up with this pathetic service. <br> <br>
